Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, MOQ is 5 for most of the products and also MOQ is mentioned on every product page when you.

Can I add my design or logo?

Yes, Most of our products allow you to add your design, logo, or text.

Can I customize my own set?

Yes, you can create your kit by selecting the products you want according to your budget and requirement.

Can I add or remove products from the welcome kit set you have mentioned?

Yes, you have your kits customized by adding or removing products of your choice in a welcome kit. We can also customize the products which is not available in our website, if its possible for us to procure the material.

Is there an additional cost for customization?

The prices mentioned on the website include customization, and additional printing(other logo or name) will be an extra charge.

Can I get a sample kit for a quality check?

Yes, We can offer unprinted samples for quality verification, the amount will be refundable or either can be adjusted in bulk once the material is shipped back at our location.

Can we get a customized sample kit?

We can supply a customized sample kit with an additional charge of 500rs. Please note that these sample charges are adjustable within the bulk order.

Can you deliver the welcome kits to individual employees' addresses?

Yes, we can deliver the kits as per requirement at employees' addresses (PAN India). (EVEN OUTSIDE INDIA)

How long will it take to complete my order?

The turnaround time to work on the order is 3-5 days with customization and 4-8 days with shipment depending upon the location for surface mode. We can also ship the entire order via AIR Services.
Note: Exceptions can occur only when some items are out of stock.

Can I change or cancel my order after customization?

Once an order is customized and confirmed, changes may not be possible due to the immediate processing of personalized items. Please double-check your customization choices before confirming your order.

Can I place an order every month as a new member joins our team?

We have an MOQ of 5, we can keep an inventory and on a requirement basis, we can ship the material.

Can i get my order on priority base?

Yes, we can expedite the process and we can provide the products on a priority basis.
No extra printing and order processing costs will be incurred, only shipment will be charged accordingly.

How long we can keep our inventory in your warehouse?

We can keep the inventory for 6 months after you place your order.

What if I'm not satisfied with my customized product?

We aim for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your customized product, please reach out to our customer support team within the specified return period. We will work to address any concerns and find a suitable solution.

Can I see a preview of my customized product before printing?

Yes, we are going to provide the Mockup design before printing the products.

How do I order the welcome kit?

You may request a digital mock-up for a selected item by sending a list of items included in the set and your company's logo in CDR (Coral Draw) or Al(Adobe Illustrator) format to
support@printinglabs.in. Once the layout is approved, payment must be made before the order can be started.

What if I do not have a logo file in CDR or AI format, but it is provided in PNG or JPG format?

Our design team will use this .jpg or .png file to restore the logo in Al format for which 300 to 500 rupees are charged.

Can we choose the color of products in the preset kits?

Yes, you can ask for the color of your choice and our team will confirm if it can be availed or not

Is GST included in the price of products listed on the website?

No, these prices exclude GST which will be applicable. GST will be applicable product-wise.

What kind of printing you will be using?

Whether You Want Embroidery, Screen Printing, DTF, Embossing, Or Engraving, We Can Do It All!

Can I buy only boxes?

We do not provide boxes only. We provide boxes as a part of the kit.

Is the order available in COD?

Payment terms are 100% in advance due to the nature of our business.
