Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Introduction

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a contract between you, the customer, and Printing Labs, a premier corporate gifting company. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions related to the services provided by Printing Labs.

2. Services

Printing Labs is dedicated to creating lasting impressions and fostering positivity through thoughtful and personalised corporate gifting. We offer various shipping options.

3. Service Availability

Printing Labs strives to maintain the highest level of service availability. In-store and curbside pickup is available for all products from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees are as follows:

  • By Air (2-3 Days): ₹120/kg
  • By Road (5-7 Days): ₹50/kg (up to 10kg), ₹30/kg (10kg+)
  • By Bus (1-2 Days): ₹500 – ₹700 per box

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions on some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.

The rules and restrictions for international deliveries could be based on the destination country’s import laws, including restrictions on certain materials, product types, or even tariffs and taxes that could apply to the items being shipped. Printing Labs may advise customers to check with their local customs office for detailed information.

For international shipping, there could be a weight or size limit for each order based on the shipping method chosen or the regulations of the shipping provider. Orders exceeding these limits might require special arrangements and incur additional shipping fees.

5. Return & Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within seven days without giving any reason. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

The return and refund policy could specify that products must be in their original condition, unopened, and undamaged to qualify for a return. There might also be categories of non-returnable items, such as personalised or custom-made items, perishable goods, or products marked as final sales.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises out of or in connection with this agreement, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly consultation.

If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period, then any or all outstanding issues may be submitted to mediation under any statutory rules of mediation. Suppose mediation is unavailable or is not successful in resolving the entire dispute. In that case, any outstanding issues will be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the laws of the Republic of India. The arbitrator’s award will be final, and judgment may be entered upon it by any court having jurisdiction within the Republic of India.

12. Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within seven days without giving a valid reason. The deadline for cancelling an order is seven days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

You must inform us of your decision through a clear statement to exercise your right to cancel. You can inform us of your decision by emailing support@printinglab.in.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Please note that the goods must be in the original packaging and purchased within the last seven days to be eligible for a return. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.

13. Warranty and Support

Printing Labs is dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty.

Warranty

We offer a warranty for our products, the details of which can be found on the individual product pages. The warranty covers any defects in material or artistry under regular use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Printing Labs will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or artistry under regular use and maintenance.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the products, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, trade names, inventions, copyrights, patents, know-how, and trade secrets, are owned by or licensed to Printing Labs. Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to confer any ownership rights in or to the intellectual property of Printing Labs to the customer.

The customer agrees not to use, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, copy, or use for any commercial purposes any of the intellectual property or content belonging to Printing Labs without obtaining written permission.
