Yes, you have your kits customized by adding or removing products of your choice in a welcome kit. We can also customize the products which is not available in our website, if its possible for us to procure the material.
The prices mentioned on the website include customization, and additional printing(other logo or name) will be an extra charge.
Yes, We can offer unprinted samples for quality verification, the amount will be refundable or either can be adjusted in bulk once the material is shipped back at our location.
We can supply a customized sample kit with an additional charge of 500rs. Please note that these sample charges are adjustable within the bulk order.
Yes, we can deliver the kits as per requirement at employees' addresses (PAN India). (EVEN OUTSIDE INDIA)
The turnaround time to work on the order is 3-5 days with customization and 4-8 days with shipment depending upon the location for surface mode. We can also ship the entire order via AIR Services.
Note: Exceptions can occur only when some items are out of stock.
Once an order is customized and confirmed, changes may not be possible due to the immediate processing of personalized items. Please double-check your customization choices before confirming your order.

Yes, we are going to provide the Mockup design before printing the products.
You may request a digital mock-up for a selected item by sending a list of items included in the set and your company's logo in CDR (Coral Draw) or Al(Adobe Illustrator) format to
support@printinglabs.in. Once the layout is approved, payment must be made before the order can be started.
Our design team will use this .jpg or .png file to restore the logo in Al format for which 300 to 500 rupees are charged.
Yes, you can ask for the color of your choice and our team will confirm if it can be availed or not
No, these prices exclude GST which will be applicable. GST will be applicable product-wise.
